DHX9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,993 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, PAF1, and CTR9. Each is linked with DHX9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX9-to-partner and partner-to-DHX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHX9 versus CDC73 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
