DHX9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,729 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3A, NELFCD, and DARS2. Each is linked with DHX9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX9-to-partner and partner-to-DHX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHX9 versus MEX3A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
