DHX9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and NF2. Each is linked with DHX9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX9-to-partner and partner-to-DHX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by DHX9-low versus DHX9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
