DHX9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHX9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,343 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, Mitotic G2 DNA damage checkpoint signaling, and Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with DHX9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX9-to-partner and partner-to-DHX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling grouped by DHX9-low versus DHX9-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
