Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, STAT3_pY705, and PDCD4. Each is linked with DHX8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX8-to-partner and partner-to-DHX8 results are reported.
