Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DHX38-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and CNOT1. Each is linked with DHX38 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX38-to-partner and partner-to-DHX38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by DHX38-low versus DHX38-high in GBM.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX38→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
