Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHX37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,860 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, Maturation of SSU-rRNA, and Ribosome biogenesis. Each is linked with DHX37 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX37-to-partner and partner-to-DHX37 results are reported.
