DHX35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,205 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX35-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD4-4, NPRL2, and CSPG5. Each is linked with DHX35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX35-to-partner and partner-to-DHX35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD4-4 grouped by DHX35-low versus DHX35-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX35→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
