DHX33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,341 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX33-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJP2, RNU6-207P, and MIR3666. Each is linked with DHX33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX33-to-partner and partner-to-DHX33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBPJP2 grouped by DHX33-low versus DHX33-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX33→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
