Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHX33-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DHX33-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher DHX33-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHX33-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and PAAD show a favorable association.

OV, LGG, and DLBC are the cancer types where DHX33-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
