DHX30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX30 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX30-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, PCNA, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with DHX30 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX30-to-partner and partner-to-DHX30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by DHX30-low versus DHX30-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
