Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHRS9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DHRS9 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher DHRS9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHRS9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where DHRS9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
