DHRS7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHRS7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,710 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM11, AKAP10, and PEMT. Each is linked with DHRS7B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS7B-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS7B versus TMEM11 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
