Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS4L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DHRS4L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP264, RNU6-342P, and DSCR4-IT1. Each is linked with DHRS4L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS4L1-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS4L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS4L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS4L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
