DHRS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK2, MYO16, and SYNE1. Each is linked with DHRS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS2-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOCK2 grouped by DHRS2-low versus DHRS2-high in LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
