DHRS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 847 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP30, HNRNPCP1, and ATP2A1-AS1. Each is linked with DHRS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS2-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP30 grouped by DHRS2-low versus DHRS2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
