The most reproducible DHRS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myeloid dendritic cell differentiation, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of acrosome reaction. Each is linked with DHRS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS2-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS2 results are reported.
