Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHRS13 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DHRS13 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher DHRS13 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHRS13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.
GBM, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where DHRS13 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
