DHRS13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are E-Cadherin, ER-alpha, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with DHRS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS13-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E-Cadherin grouped by DHRS13-low versus DHRS13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
