DHRS12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,376 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF441, ZNF181, and CPED1. Each is linked with DHRS12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS12-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS12 versus ZNF441 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
