DHRS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, RBX1P1, and SIGLEC24P. Each is linked with DHRS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS12-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by DHRS12-low versus DHRS12-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
