The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DHRS11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHRS11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and SKCM are the cancer types where DHRS11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
