DHRS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,099 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPR2, PDCD6IP, and PDK1. Each is linked with DHRS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS1-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS1 versus GMPR2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
