DHRS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,805 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF5A, STK26, and LBR. Each is linked with DHRS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS1-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS1 versus EIF5A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
