DHRS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, TRAJ27, and MIR4760. Each is linked with DHRS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS1-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-340P grouped by DHRS1-low versus DHRS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
