Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHRS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,371 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DHRS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, Positive regulation of translational elongation, and Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization. Each is linked with DHRS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS1-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of supramolecular fiber organization grouped by DHRS1-low versus DHRS1-high in STOMACH.
