DHODH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHODH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,113 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHODH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, HNRNPU, and TERF2. Each is linked with DHODH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHODH-to-partner and partner-to-DHODH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHODH versus DHX38 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHODH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHODH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
