Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHODH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DHODH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H12, MIR4452, and WASHC3P1. Each is linked with DHODH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHODH-to-partner and partner-to-DHODH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H12 grouped by DHODH-low versus DHODH-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHODH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHODH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
