Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHODH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHODH-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, TSC1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with DHODH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHODH-to-partner and partner-to-DHODH results are reported.
