DHODH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHODH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHODH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4 and SLC4A1. Each is linked with DHODH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHODH-to-partner and partner-to-DHODH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA4 grouped by DHODH-low versus DHODH-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHODH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHODH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
