Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHFRP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,746 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHFRP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic cell cycle process, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, and Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with DHFRP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHFRP3-to-partner and partner-to-DHFRP3 results are reported.
