Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHFRP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DHFRP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher DHFRP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHFRP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

TGCT, DLBC, and BRCA are the cancer types where DHFRP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
