Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHFRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,787 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHFRP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, Organelle membrane fusion, and Translational elongation. Each is linked with DHFRP2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHFRP2-to-partner and partner-to-DHFRP2 results are reported.
