Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHFRP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DHFRP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DHFRP2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHFRP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, THYM, and BRCA are the cancer types where DHFRP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
