DHDDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHDDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHDDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are USH2A-AS2, RNU6-1245P, and HMGN1P20. Each is linked with DHDDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHDDS-to-partner and partner-to-DHDDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USH2A-AS2 grouped by DHDDS-low versus DHDDS-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHDDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHDDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
