Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPS3AP31 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPS3AP31 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPS3AP31 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RPS3AP31 RNA expression shows 5,424 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPS3AP31 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
