DHDDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHDDS mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,418 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHDDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTK6, DDX49, and SCARF1. Each is linked with DHDDS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHDDS-to-partner and partner-to-DHDDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTK6 grouped by DHDDS-low versus DHDDS-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHDDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHDDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
