DHCR7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHCR7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,302 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHCR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SC5D, SQLE, and HMGCS1. Each is linked with DHCR7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHCR7-to-partner and partner-to-DHCR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHCR7 versus SC5D in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHCR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHCR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
