Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHCR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,124 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHCR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8055, RN7SL26P, and RNA5SP404. Each is linked with DHCR7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHCR7-to-partner and partner-to-DHCR7 results are reported.
