DHCR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHCR7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHCR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, GAPDH, and eIF4E. Each is linked with DHCR7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHCR7-to-partner and partner-to-DHCR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by DHCR7-low versus DHCR7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHCR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHCR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
