Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHCR24-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DHCR24-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DHCR24-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHCR24-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and READ show a favorable association.

UCEC, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where DHCR24-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
