DGLUCY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGLUCY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGLUCY-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONP1, BRI3P2, and RNA5SP155. Each is linked with DGLUCY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGLUCY-to-partner and partner-to-DGLUCY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONP1 grouped by DGLUCY-low versus DGLUCY-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGLUCY→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGLUCY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
