Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DGKQ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DGKQ data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher DGKQ Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DGKQ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and UCEC are the cancer types where DGKQ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
