Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,038 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation, Obsolete histone modification, and Peptidyl-lysine acetylation. Each is linked with DGKK in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKK-to-partner and partner-to-DGKK results are reported.
