Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DGKK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALB1, RPS16, and NOP53. Each is linked with DGKK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKK-to-partner and partner-to-DGKK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKK versus CALB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
