DGKK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKK protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 104 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SESN1, SPECC1_S553, and EPG5. Each is linked with DGKK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKK-to-partner and partner-to-DGKK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGKK versus SESN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
