DGKK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ING2, HPF1, and LSM12. Each is linked with DGKK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKK-to-partner and partner-to-DGKK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ING2 grouped by DGKK-low versus DGKK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
