DGKK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Notch1, and ASNS. Each is linked with DGKK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKK-to-partner and partner-to-DGKK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by DGKK-low versus DGKK-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
