DGKI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKI mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with DGKI in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKI-to-partner and partner-to-DGKI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha grouped by DGKI-low versus DGKI-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
