Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DGKG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DGKG data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DGKG Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DGKG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, KICH, and UCEC are the cancer types where DGKG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
